Marktraq provides AI tools for generating marketing strategies, blueprints, flyers, social media posts, video scripts, and email copy. These services are provided "as-is" and are subject to change as we improve our AI models.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Marktraq. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Ownership and Usage

Your Inputs:

You retain all rights to the brand assets (logos, images) and briefing information you upload to Marktraq.

AI Outputs:

Marktraq grants you ownership of the final creative outputs generated by the studio (e.g., specific flyers, posts, scripts). You are free to use these for your personal or business marketing needs. However, the underlying AI models and software remain the property of Marktraq.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Marktraq to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
• Create misleading or deceptive marketing materials (e.g., deepfakes, scams).
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform's AI models or content.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

5. AI Accuracy and Disclaimer

Marktraq uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for high quality, AI can sometimes produce inaccurate or biased information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before publishing them.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain features of Marktraq may require a subscription or one-time payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marktraq and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or the performance of the AI-generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Marktraq if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.
